About 300 m northwest of the Lifepod, the Necrolei Forest is a dense forest of large glowing Necrolei plants and the main bulk-farming location for Necrolei Cysts, a key resource.
Two related sub-zones sit alongside it: Anemone Hills, a pink/green anemone-covered area also rich in Necrolei Cysts and containing an Infected Angel Comb (requires a Sonic Resonator to clear), and the Sandstone Ridges / “Leadzone”, a sandy ridge-and-bridge area that is the most reliable early Lead source. Together these form a low-danger resource cluster critical for sustained early base operations.
