A mech suit is planned for a later Early Access update, filling the role the Prawn Suit held in the original game: a heavily-armoured walking platform for the deepest, highest-pressure regions where lighter vehicles cannot survive.

Expected role

  • Crush-depth specialist for the Abyssal Trench and the descent toward the World Tree.
  • Combat capable against ambush Leviathans that shred light hulls.
  • Industrial utility — heavy mining and salvage in environments hostile to divers.
